Looks like rule 63 of the Internet went and claimed another fictional person to pull a gender-bender on! That's right, it's Toad Man, or should I say...

Oh, and judging by her face, I'd say she resembles Tsuyu Asui from "Boku no Hero Academia". After all, they're both based on amphibians, aren't they? :3

UPDATE: Had to shorten one of her arms.
